Job Description:

• Supervise and delegate duties to Section Heads
• Plan, schedule and co-ordinate all preventive maintenance and repair works
• Liaise with general contractors, other department/sections and government bodies
• Assist to carry out energy audit and implement energy conversation techniques
• Provide necessary training to the Engineering staff for upgrading purposes and update their knowledge

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Certificate in Coaching, Project Management and Supervisory Skills
• 2 - 4 years in similar capacity
• Well versed in preventive maintenance and installation of buildings and building equipment. M&E installations including energy cost control and project management. 
• Ability to troubleshoot problems of chiller and air-conditioning. Good leadership qualities and communication skill
• Ability to communicate at all levels and good organizational and interpersonal skills
