RESERVATIONS AGENT/OFFICER

 

Specification:

 

  • Candidate must have excellent telephone mannerism.
  • Candidate must be mature, have a pleasant voice and a team player

 

Education:

 

  • Minimum Secondary School, Shatec graduates an added advantage

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience of customer service in either a face-to-face or telephone environment
  • Supervisory or prior junior management role is highly regarded
  • Worked in a computerised Front Office environment
  • Familiar with Opera Front Office system will be an advantage

 

Others:

 

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English well
  • Second language preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and able to interact comfortably with all levels of staff.
  • Committed in the daily work assigned
