- Candidate must have excellent telephone mannerism.
- Candidate must be mature, have a pleasant voice and a team player
- Minimum Secondary School, Shatec graduates an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year’s experience of customer service in either a face-to-face or telephone environment
- Supervisory or prior junior management role is highly regarded
- Worked in a computerised Front Office environment
- Familiar with Opera Front Office system will be an advantage
- Must be able to speak, read and write English well
- Second language preferred
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and able to interact comfortably with all levels of staff.
- Committed in the daily work assigned
