Job Description

• Clean, service and maintain assigned guest rooms according to the hotel’s standards.

• Reports defects (rooms, balconies and corridors) and deficiencies

• Replenish amenities.

• Collect/deliver guest laundry.

• Report to Floor Manager: Guest illness, suspicious characters, unauthorised birds or animals in guest rooms.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 years relevant experience

• Able to speak and understand simple English

• Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills

• Able to anticipate needs of customers and take initiative
