GUEST SERVICES AGENT

 

Job Description

 

  • To ensure all check-in and checkout are prompt and guest requirements are met and to ensure that foreign currency exchange is in accordance to the Hotel Act.

  • To sell rooms in a manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with guests’ satisfaction.

  • To handle room change and keys with care and ensure that the room keys are given to the right guests

 

Qualifications

 

  • Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills

  • Able to anticipate needs of customers and take initiative
