GUEST SERVICES AGENT
Job Description
To ensure all check-in and checkout are prompt and guest requirements are met and to ensure that foreign currency exchange is in accordance to the Hotel Act.
To sell rooms in a manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with guests’ satisfaction.
To handle room change and keys with care and ensure that the room keys are given to the right guests
Qualifications
Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Fluent in English
Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
Able to anticipate needs of customers and take initiative
