Reports defects (rooms, balconies and corridors) and deficiencies
Collect/deliver guest laundry.
Report to Floor Manager: Guest illness, suspicious characters, unauthorised birds or animals in guest rooms.
Preferably 1 years relevant experience
Able to speak and understand simple English
Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
Able to anticipate needs of customers and take initiative
