  1. Rooms
    • Promotion code must be used upon booking: HMGMOS
    • The following information must be keyed when booking a stay
      • Employee’s name
      • Business unit
      • Employee ID number
    • Published room rates are only applicable for leisure travels (not applicable to business travels)
    • Published room rates are for the sole use of the Employee and their extended family and friends (no resale is allowed)
    • Bookings can only be made within two (2) months of the arrival date
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival, or full charges apply
    • The Hotel reserves its right to cancel any booking made and confirmed under the promotional room rate if the Hotel is overbooked on the day of arrival
  2. Food and Beverage (F&B)
    • Discount is applicable at Triple Three, Chatterbox, Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro, Bar On 5, and Coffee & Crust
    • Discount is applicable for up to 15 persons only
    • Discount is non-transferable (the eligible employee must be physically present and present a valid employee ID at the outlet to enjoy the privilege)
    • Discount at Triple Three is only applicable for adult diners (not children)
    • Discount at Coffee & Crust is only valid for cakes (maximum of 3kg per transaction)
    • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with promotional F&B offers (unless otherwise stated)
    • Prior reservations at the F&B outlet are required
    • All payments must be settled immediately by cash or credit card (no credit arrangements allowed)

If an employee is found abusing this privilege, Healthway Medical Group shall take disciplinary action as it deems appropriate towards the Employee and the Hotel shall withdraw such privilege for the use of the Employee immediately and indefinitely. The Hotel takes a serious view of dishonest behaviour and action, and will not condone such behaviour. As such, Healthway Medical Group shall not hesitate to institute more severe disciplinary action, including termination of service, against the employee should the employee commit such misconduct.
